♥ Wie lange dauert die Lieferung?

Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands: 2-5 Werktage.

Schablonen:

Produktion 1-3 Werktage + Versand 1-3 Werktage (DHL)

Unsere Schablonen sind bei uns im Hause handwerklich mit Liebe hergestellt und werden auf Bestellung angefertigt, deshalb kann es etwas länger dauern bis wir unsere Einzelstücke versenden kann.

Lieferung ins Ausland: 2-7 Werktage (Weltweit, DHL und Deutsche Post)

Deutschland: 4,95€, kostenfreie Versand ab 49€

Österreich, Niederlande, Belgien, France, Dänemark, Sweden, Finnland, Estland, Luxemburg, Lichtenstein: 11,95€

Die Belastung Ihrer Kreditkarte erfolgt mit Versand der Ware.

Banküberweisung: Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt nach Zahlungseingang. Bitte zahlen sie Ihre Bestellung in 3 Tagen.

Wichtiger Hinweis für alle Zahlungen die von außerhalb Deutschlands eingehen:
Vorkasse: Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie korrekte IBAN und SWIFT-Nummer benutzten. Strafen oder andere Kosten von der Bank, die durch ihre falschen Angaben entstehen, werden wir ihnen in Rechnung stellen. Als Zahlungs-Währung müssen sie Euro benutzen und alle Sendungskosten, für das Geld, gehen zu ihren Lasten.

Wir haben viele alternative Zahlungsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Paypal, Banküberweisung, Klarna usw. Diese finden Sie alle im Warenkorb nach der Adresse. Siehe Bild hier oben.

♥ Wie funktionieren die Rücksendung?

Die Ware gefällt nicht oder ist fehlerhaft? Sie möchten die Ware gerne zurück senden? Kein Problem! Sie haben 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht.
Sobald die Rückware eingetroffen ist, senden wir die Überbezahlung zu ihnen zurück.

Payment and shipping

Shipping time outside of Germany 2-7 days after received the payment. Shipping with DHL or Deutsche Post.

Production time for stencils and baking rolls: 1-4 days.

Shipping cost:

(Middle and North-Europe) Austria, Nederland, Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland:, Estland, Luxemburg, Lichtenstein: 11,95€

 

Rest of the Europa and World: 11,95€, please contact if your country is not available.

♥ How can i pay?

- Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Sofort
- PayPal
- Transmission to Bank account. You will receive bank account information after you have made your order.

ATTENTION: Please make sure that you use correct IBAN and SWIFT number. Penalties or other costs of the bank caused by false information, falls on you. You need to use euros for payment currency and pay for money transfer charges.

We have many alternative payment options e.g. Paypal, bank transfer, Klarna etc. These can all be found in the shopping cart after filling the address. See picture here under.
Paypal Express and some other ones can also be found directly on product page and in the shopping cart.

♥ Shipping outside of EU:
Please note that you may need to pay customs duty or tax in your own country.

Please contact if you wish shipping to some other countries that is not on our list.

♥ Returns briefly:

If you are not happy with the product or just don't want to keep it, you can return it in 14 days without giving any reason for it, you just need to pay for the shipping cost.

Pack the item well, specially the knobs, they get very easy broken. Broken or used items will not be refunded.
Write down your name and order number, or take a copy of your order.

Your money will be returned when we receive the sending.
