Wie funktioniert die Rücksendung?

Die Ware gefällt nicht oder ist fehlerhaft? Sie möchten die Ware gerne zurück senden? Kein Problem! Sie haben 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht.
Sobald die Rückware eingetroffen ist senden wir die Überbezahlung zu ihnen zurück.

Returns briefly:

If you are not happy with the product or just don't want to keep it, you can return it in 14 days without giving any reason for it, you just need to pay for the shipping cost.

Pack the item well, specially the knobs and other ceramic items, they get very easy broken. Broken items will not be refunded.
Write down your name and order number, or take a copy of your order.
Paypal payments will be returned back to paypal account.
